HOW REFRESHING TO PLAY A TEAM WHO DID NOT JUST WANT TO KICK US OFF THE PARK, INTIMIDATE THE REFEREE OR THROW
THEIR DUMMIES OUT THE PRAM!! I ADMIRED GLASSHOUGHTEN'S NEVER SAY DAY APPROACH AND TO KEEP PLAYING FOOTBALL THE WAY IT SHOULD
BE. IT WAS PLEASING TO SEE THE LADS GIVE THEM THE RESPECT THEY DESERVED AND TO NOT BUCKLE DEFENSIVELY AT 2-1 WHEN THEY WERE
ON TOP OF THE GAME. ALL IN ALL A JOB WELL DONE. AVOID A TOP CONFERENCE SIDE IN MONDAYS DRAW AND WE MUST BE IN WITH A SHOUT.
JUST 3 GAMES FROM A DRAW AT SCUMBAG ALLEY - SORRY, I MEAN V***A PARK. AAH, DREAMS..... |

I would like to say a big thank-you to Glasshoughton Welfare for playing some good passing football and at times
this afternoon giving us a game. The 4-1 score was unfair on you and did slightly flatter us. You played football which
is more than some teams have against us (Chips & Ham and Dunstable). There was a time when you looked like getting right
into the game when you pulled a goal back. For 15 minutes or so we were on the backfoot! You certainly did not shame yourselves
today so once again thank-you. Good refereee as well today (apart from not giving us a definate penalty!).
