Glasshoughtons more experienced team ran out clear winners of this local

derby.They went ahead in the first minute with a super strike from Daniel

Lodge. Daniel Facey made it 2-0 after 20 minutes using his pace to run clear

and score a well taken goal.

The second half was a low key affair interspersed with splendid goals from

Lodge and Facey. Adrian Durose displayed heroics in the Ponte goals but he

could not prevent Daniel Lodge completing his hat-trick with 10 miutes to

go.

Michael Seed and Colley impressed for Ponte with Jamie Bird Terry Bailey and

David Hatherley on form for Glasshoughton.
